Robert Graham retired from the United States Air Force in 1991 with an E6 rank.
He has been a resident in Barstow since 2000and a pastor at the Abundant Life Outreach
Ministries COGIC since 2007 and is an activeNAACP member. Pastor Graham joined the
USVSG in 2019, continuing his commitment tohis community and those who have served.
In 2023, Pastor Graham was elected as V-President of the USVSG and is doing outstanding work in his assigned task. His professional service, attitude, and strong work ethic will keep him in demand for a long time to come
